STEM Education jobs

If you look at the economies of rich countries in the world, have a strong educational system in which children have academic excellence in all or most cases. The reason for education is associated with a strong economy, education can have a workforce that has the skills for employment in the economy. However, the current state of our educational system is that students do not graduate with the skills for the jobs available today in our economy. There are many reasons for this, but my main theory behind this is not enough for kids and parents think about their future, given the relationship of education for their future careers.
I remember when I was younger, I remember that he always knew he was going to get good grades so he can go to college and get a good job. Even my colleagues, who had ambitions to go to college, there was a plan in mind for a career, employment or business after graduating from high school. So why do people look for, where all the work? Question, we need to do, and I am preparing my children to have jobs available in the current economy and the future?
